Hold the standard
CORE RP STANDARDS
No slurs, discrimination, harassment, or threats of self-harm. Respect is non-negotiable.
Always value your life realistically. All violence (RDM/VDM) requires a strong, in-character reason.
No mods, cheats, or unauthorized tools. Do not use out-of-character (OOC) knowledge for IC gain.
Do not mix real-world talk (OOC) in the city. Keep all communications in-character (IC) unless using designated OOC channels.

We are a Semi-Whitelisted server. Anyone can join as a civilian right now! However, to join departments (Police, EMS, Fire) or Staff, you must submit an application. Certain high-level Civilian features (like the Certified Civilian Program) are earned by collecting server hours without disciplinary action.
